19" Challenge model 193 hand operated paper cutter for sale. This model can cut through hundreds of sheets cleanly at once, and has a sharp, well maintained blade. The machine has a locking mechanism which keeps the blade up and out of the way. Comes with stand. The machine works great and is from the late 60's.
