I am trying to find information about a book published in Germany in the 17th century by a chap called Joseph Wiess/Wietz
The title of the book was Mein Kampf mit der Ochsengalle.
Apparently he committed suicide after trying to master paper marbling.
Nothing on Google, has anyone heard of it?
Very much shivering by the pool.

Why didn't I come across these links?
You found a re-print by one of the original authors descendants.
Thank you so much.

the oclc.org website search engine mines most of the US library catalogs, and is the best tool to search for books. Google and other search engines do not always find data in that database, so whenever I can't find information on the regular search engines, I go to oclc. It's also true for prints, manuscripts, photographs, posters etc....
Glad I was able to help,
