Inserting pages

I have a soft cover, 152cm (6 inches) X 230cm (9 inches). I need to insert 1 page at the front (inside the front cover) and 4 pages at the end (before the back cover). I need to do this to 30 books. What’s the best way?

Personally, I don't think I'd remove the covers for this. Hopefully, it's thin paper. I'd simply tip them in.
